Concrete Street Amphitheater isn’t just South Texas’ biggest outdoor venue—it’s a full-blown music-fueled movement.
From backstage to box office, bar staff to brand ambassadors, it takes a passionate crew to make each show feel like a festival. If you thrive in high-energy environments, love live music, and don’t mind a little sweat and grit, we want to hear from you.
Whether you’re looking for part-time gig work, seasonal roles, or a long-term home in entertainment and events, Concrete Street is where hard work meets unforgettable experiences.
POSITIONS:
It takes a solid team to throw an unforgettable show—and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working folks who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the action. Every position plays a key role in the live music experience. If you’re into loud music, cool people, and getting paid to be part of the scene, we want you on the crew.
All roles include:
- Helping with setup before the gates open
- Keeping the venue clean and running during the show
- Assisting with breakdown and cleanup after events. Being friendly, helpful, and part of the vibe.
Bartender
You pour the good times.
Serve up cold drinks quickly and responsibly, handle high-volume rushes, and know how to manage cash, tabs, and IDs like a pro. If you’ve got great energy and know how to keep a bar moving, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be: the MVP of the party zone. TABC certification required.
Box Office Attendant
You set the tone before the first note.
Sell tickets, answer questions, handle cash and card transactions, and keep the line moving with a smile. You’ll also help guests with lost ticket issues and basic event info. Bonus points if you can keep your cool under pressure and juggle a few tasks at once.
You’ll be: the calm before the crowd, the first person guests interact with, and the keeper of good vibes.
Food & Concessions Crew
You keep the crowd fueled up.
Sell snacks, sodas, and more from our concession stands. Handle transactions, serve with a smile, and help with backstage or VIP catering as needed.
You’ll be: fast on your feet, great with guests, and confident handling food & drink service.
Front Gate Attendant / Usher
You’re the welcome party—and the first line of defense.
Scan tickets, wand guests, check bags, and direct folks where to go. You’ll also assist with crowd control, enforce venue rules, and help guests to their seats (if the event is seated). Friendly energy, fast pace, and a no-nonsense approach go a long way here.
You’ll be: standing most of your shift and in the thick of the action.
Maintenance Crew
You’re the behind-the-scenes backbone.
From trash runs and restroom upkeep to minor fixes and general event support, you’re the one keeping the venue clean, safe, and ready for the crowd. No task too small, no mess too big.
You’ll be: a problem-solver, team player, and hands-on helper from start to finish.
Parking Attendant
You get the party started right—from the parking lot.
Help direct vehicles, manage traffic flow, and guide guests safely in and out of our lot. Friendly, patient, and clear communication is key—especially when the gates open and the rush hits.
You’ll be: outdoors, on your feet, and the first smiling face fans see.
Security & Safety Team
Keep the crowd safe so the music never stops.
Monitor the venue, address safety concerns, de-escalate issues, and be prepared to respond to emergencies. You’ll help enforce rules and maintain a safe, respectful environment for everyone.
You’ll be: observant, professional, and steady in high-energy situations.
VIP Experience Host
You bring the exclusive experience.
Welcome and escort VIP guests, oversee private areas, monitor guest lists, and make sure the vibe stays top-tier. You’ll assist with setup and breakdown, keep the area clean, and make sure guests feel like rockstars.
You’ll be: upbeat, responsible, and ready to manage details while delivering great service.
