Q: I never received my refund. How do I request it?

A: If you purchased with a card online or at the box office your refund was processed automatically on 11/10/20 unless you emailed and requested it in advance. If you purchased with cash at the box office and have not come in yet, please bring your tickets anytime M-F 10-4 starting next Monday.


Q: I never got my refund, can I use my tickets from 2020 for these shows?

A: No, the 2020 event was canceled, therefore all tickets are voided. You will have to purchase tickets for the new event to attend.


Q: I was a previous purchasers but did not receive an email with the presale code for the new show like we were promised. How do I get on the list?
