To keep the good vibes rolling and ensure everyone has an epic time, we’ve got a few house rules to follow. Check them out below, so you’re ready to rock from the moment you walk through the gates.

Be Prepared: Have your tickets ready and empty your pockets for a quick and smooth search at the gate.

ID Required: Bring your ID if you’re picking up tickets at Will Call, checking in for a Rockstar/Encore table, or planning to enjoy an adult beverage.

Bag Policy:

Clear bags up to 12”W x 12”H x 6”D are allowed—just keep them free of obstructive patterns.

Small clutches or purses don’t have to be clear but can’t be larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.

Each guest can bring one clear plastic storage or Ziploc bag (up to 1 gallon) for personal items.

All bags will be searched at entry for prohibited items. If your bag is too big, you’ll need to take it back to your vehicle.

No Re-Entry: Once you’re in, you’re in! Make sure you’ve got everything you need before entering the venue.

Age Restrictions: All shows are all-ages unless noted otherwise. Children under 16 must have a chaperone. Kiddos six and under get in free with a paying adult.

Alcohol Policy: You must be 21 or older to drink. If you’re underage and caught with alcohol, you’ll be escorted out without a refund.

Food & Drinks: No outside food, drinks, coolers, or water bottles are allowed, but don’t worry—we’ve got plenty of tasty options inside!

Prohibited Items: Leave weapons, professional cameras, outside food, chairs, umbrellas, and selfie sticks at home.

Stay Safe: Bodysurfing and moshing are not allowed. Anyone putting themselves or others in danger will be escorted out.

Parking: Our main parking lot is cash only, so bring exact change. ADA Parking is available at the corner of Concrete Street and N. Tancahua St.

Rockstar/Encore Tables: Have your tickets and ID ready when you arrive, and head to the Rockstar Express line to check-in.

ATM Available: Need cash? There’s an ATM inside, but you’ll need your entry ticket to access it.
